Which SolarGEN model is suitable?
Enter your appliances, quantities, ratings and hours into the audit. A GreenPower adviser should verify your load before final selection.
Can SolarGEN power a freezer, pump or chiller?
Compatibility depends on running load, compressor starting surge, hours of operation and site conditions. These applications require technical assessment.
What is the difference between outright, PayGo and EaaS?
Outright involves a purchase price. PayGo spreads payments over 12 or 24 months, subject to eligibility and contract. EaaS offers a 36-month service arrangement; ownership transfer is not assumed.
How long will the battery last?
Runtime varies with battery capacity, appliance demand, solar energy, operating hours and user behaviour. The audit shows an indicative daily energy comparison, not a guaranteed runtime.
What happens during poor weather?
Solar charging can be lower in cloudy conditions. An adviser will review reserve requirements and your existing power source when finalising the design.
Can an installer buy the SolarGEN unit without panels?
Yes, request a unit-only quotation in the installer section. GreenPower must confirm the exact supplied components and compatibility of your proposed panels, accessories and protection before installation.
